The response to my story has been tremendous!

People from all over the world have e-mailed me with questions and kind words. Thank you - everyone - so much for your warm response. It has been both humbling and touching... And many of you have questions about Site Build It!. You want to know just how I did it and if someone like you can do it too.

1. Can I build a website with no technical experience?

I think this is THE most common question that I receive in e-mails.

And the answer to that is an emphatic: YES!... You don’t need to know Adobe Dreamweaver, or Microsoft FrontPage to build a profitable website.

Now, if you do happen to be an experienced web-designer GREAT! You will find that SBI will take your web-building skills to a whole new and profitable level. 3. How profitable are you?... How profitable might I be?

Some of you out there aren't shy about asking dollars-and-cents type questions. You want to know what I've accomplished so that you can gauge what you might be able to accomplish as well.

I totally respect that.

When I first began my website, my initial goal was to earn about $500 per month in income from the website... So, I got to work on my website.  Amazingly enough - within 6 months I was earning about $850 a month. -- That's when the lights went off for me...

To our family $850 dollars extra each month was a big deal...  I said to my husband: "Well, if I can earn $850 then there is nothing stopping me from making $1000 a month income!" I kept writing web pages and working on my website (part-time... at nights and early mornings). To my delight - within the next 5 months I was at the $1000 a month range.

It was about this time that I started to mentally write my resignation letter to the lab. We decided that if my website could get to the $1500 a month level and sustain it for 4 months straight, then we would be willing to take the chance and let me stay home and work on the website full-time.

Within the next 5 months my traffic took an exponential increase upward and my income soared to the $1700 mark. Over the next 4 months my website sustained that level of income, and I was able to write my resignation and give the hospital my two-weeks notice. I had become a full-time information publisher!

There are so many ways to monetize a website. I chose to use a combination of Google's Adsense, and affiliate programs to earn income on this website... But there are many other ways to earn money as well. People are earning money from:

• e-goods,
• online auctions,
• hard goods,
• leads and referrer fees
• and so much more.

The bottom line is...

If it can work for me – the unlikeliest of people – then it can work for you.

The sky is the limit!

4. People tell me all the time that they don’t have the creativity to come up with a topic for a website.

Well, I ask them two simple questions. First: Can you create a short list of anything that you have ever had an interest in? And Second: Can you mouse-click on a button?... If you can do those two things, then you can come up with a profitable website topic.

It is just that simple. Period.

I wanted to tell my story to the world - because one desperate evening, I too was looking for answers.  Somehow Providence brought me to SBI.  I don’t even remember exactly how I found it...  I only know that had someone out there not told their story -- I would still be searching...  I would still be hurting.
